SPRING 2026 REGISTRATION

Registration Fee

  • Early Registration is from November 4, 2025 to December 3, 2025
    • $75 for T-Ball
    • $225 for 6U and up
  • Regular Registration is from December 4, 2025 to January 3, 2026
    • $100 for T-Ball
    • $250 for 6U and up
  • Late Registration / Waiting List  - Late Registration runs from January 4, 2026 through January 10, 2026 and is considered a waiting list. Placement during this period is not guaranteed and will be based on available roster space. Late Registration Fees:
    • $100 for T-Ball
    • $275 for 6U and up

If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please contact your Division Director here.

Additional Payments:

  • Sportsengine includes a 3% online transaction fee per payment.  That fee will be include in your online total.
  • This spring season, players will be selling Raffle Tickets, prizes to be announced at a later date.  Each player will sell 2 books of 7 tickets, with tickets priced at $10 each ($70 per book), for a total of $140 per player.


COACHES NEEDED

We need you! PGSA is run 100% by Volunteers, Coaches and Team Parents and are the heart of the league.  If you want to be considered for a manager or coach please fill out the following application below.   If you want to be considered for a team mom please contact your coach once your player has been selected for a team.

TRYOUTS (PLAYER ASSESSMENT):
Sunday, January 11th.  Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and warm-ups.

10U Division — Field 3

  •  11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • A–M: Arrive at 10:30 AM for check-in
  • N–Z: Arrive at 12:00 PM for check-in
  • All Catchers & Pitchers: Warm up in Field 2 cages

6U Division — Field 1

  •  11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  •  A–M: Arrive at 10:30 AM for check-in
  • N–Z: Arrive at 12:15 PM for check-in

8U Division — Field 1

  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • A–M: Arrive at 2:30 PM for check-in
  • N–Z: Arrive at 4:00 PM for check-in

12U / 14U Division — Field 3

  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • A–M: Arrive at 2:30 PM for check-in
  • N–Z: Arrive at 4:00 PM for check-in All Catchers & Pitchers: Warm up in Field 2 cages

Weather Contingency 

  • 6U and 10U
    • Monday, Jan. 12th  from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. 
  • 8U and 12/14U
    • Tuesday, Jan. 13th  from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

  • Team Mom Meeting: Tuesday, January 20 at 6:30 p.m. 
  • Start of Practices: Immediately after Meet the Coaches
  • Opening Weekend Games: 2/13-15/2026
  • Spring Season Games Begin: 2/16/2026
  • Spring Season Games End: 4/11/2026
  • All-Star Draft: TBD
  • Closing Ceremonies: 4/12/2026

Refund Policy

  • If you request a refund prior to Coaches Draft Date then you are entitled to 100% refund.
  • If you request a refund on or after the Coaches Draft Date, but prior to First Games, then you are entitled to 50% refund.
  • If you request a refund on or after First Games then you are entitled to 0% refund.
